HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A CLASS?

 

You may register for a class or event by purchasing an open session of your choice on our Book Online section of our website. We will send you an email confirmation once you have completed the registration process.

 

Regular evening sessions are usually adult-oriented. Check our calendar for Kids and Family Day sessions for children 7 years old and up.

 

WHATS'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE FOR IN STUDIO CLASSES?

 

Everything! We provide everything you will need for the class: canvas, paint, brushes, easels and aprons. We even clean up after you are done!

CAN I BRING A SNACK OR BEVERAGE?


Absolutely, we are a BYOB paint and sip studio so bring your own bottle of wine or other spirits- it may help you paint better!

WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE FOR A CLASS?


We will open the doors 30 minutes before class.  

Typically the first 30 minutes of each class is a time to get settled in and have a glass of wine or grab a bite to eat. 


Classes will start promptly at the scheduled time and will last 2 hours.


An additional 30 mins after class will be given to mix an mingle, take pictures, purchase add on items, ETC.


After this time...as the saying goes: You don’t have to go home but you gotta get the heck out of here 😬

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO SESSIONS?


We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes to every session. We supply aprons for protection against water-based acrylic paint that we use. These paints become water-resistant when they dry, so roll your sleeves up!

MAY I BRING A NON-PAINTING GUEST TO CLASS TO WATCH ME WHILE I PAINT?


No, sorry. This is a “hands-on” activity.

WHAT IS YOUR SOCIAL DISTANCING POLICY?

The safety and security of our guests and team members remains our highest priority.


Social Distancing continues to be a recommended or required in public settings and will be practiced during all open canvas sessions.


To reduce the spread of Covid-19 we disinfect all customer touch points and materials before and after sessions. Customers will be provided with hand sanitizer upon entry and we ask that each customer where their masks while in the studio.

HOW DO I SECURE A DATE FOR A PRIVATE PARTY?

We Love Parties!
To secure your date for a live, virtual, or mobile party we require a $50 non-refundable deposit to be made upon booking. We also require the balance of your party to be paid 3 days before your event date.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the custom nature of our parties and classes, refunds are not issued for customer cancelled reservations. Should you need to reschedule your reservation and provide at least 72 hours notice, your reservation will be transferred to a studio credit that can be used only for a future paint party reservation at Ther-ART-py  studio. Please email us at contactus@therartpy.com, if you need to cancel. If you 'no-show' for a party or class that you have a spot reserved or purchased a ticket, or do not give at least 72 hours cancellation notice, you forfeit any deposit or reservation payment.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?


You can reschedule your individual registration 72 hours before the session day to get a credit towards another class. Registration charges for sessions not cancelled 72 hours in advance will not receive a credit or be refunded.

During sessions live or virtual, we reserve the right to take photos. These may be used on our social media sites. If you do not want your picture taken for these purposes, please let us know, we want to respect your privacy. Feel free to take your own pics and share on your social media sites!

Ther-ART-py reserves the right to cancel a painting session at any time due to class size, weather, sickness, etc. If we feel we need to cancel a painting session, every attempt will be made to notify those that have signed up for session. If you paid online, you will be given the option of rescheduling your session or a refund will be made.
