My coaching program is an 8-week journey designed to blend art and practical coaching for lasting life changes. The standard 8-week program offers a structured, guided experience, while the 8-week Flex Program takes it further with customization—allowing you to pick and choose the workshops that fit your unique needs. 

In both, we dive deep into emotions, build sustainable self-care habits, and craft an inspiring vision for your future. You’ll get weekly sessions, personalized support, worksheets, and tools to ensure you’re not just processing feelings but making real progress. It’s all about long-term growth, authentic transformation, and stepping confidently into your power.

Ongoing Resources & Support:

- Weekly Worksheets: Each week, you will receive tailored worksheets to help you reflect on the session, set action steps, and stay engaged with the material.

 

- Art & Coaching Blend: This program uniquely combines the creative healing power of art with practical coaching strategies to ensure you not only express your emotions but also develop clear steps toward healing and empowerment.

 

- Access to Additional Resources: You will have access to bonus resources, including journaling prompts, emotion cards for children, and affirmation templates to keep you supported between sessions.

    • THEME: Exploring Your Story & Defining Your Path
       

    • INTRODUCTIONWelcome, program overview, and setting the tone for the journey ahead.
       

    • ACTIVITY: Visual Journaling – Create a visual map of where you are emotionally and what you want to achieve in the next 8 weeks.
       

    • WORKSHEETIntention Setting – You will receive a worksheet to write down your intentions, goals, and what you hope to gain from the program.
       

    • REFLECTIONGroup sharing to create connection and establish a supportive space.

    • THEME: Letting Go of Emotional Baggage & Reclaiming Your Strength

       

    • ACTIVITY: Release & Reclaim Art – You will create two pieces: one representing what you're ready to release (old fears, doubts, hurts) and another that symbolizes what you're reclaiming (confidence, personal power).
       

    • COACHING COMPONENTLetting Go – Discussion on the emotional toll of holding on to past hurts, with coaching on strategies to release.
       

    • WORKSHEETReflection Prompts to help participants process what you're releasing and how reclaiming your power will feel.

    • THEME: Setting Boundaries to Protect Your Energy
       

    • ACTIVITY: Visualizing Boundaries– Using collage and mixed media, participants will create a visual representation of your personal boundaries, focusing on where you need to protect their energy.
       

    • COACHING COMPONENTBoundaries vs. Walls – Discussion on the difference between setting healthy boundaries and emotional walls.
       

    • WORKSHEETBoundary Mapping – A resource for you to map out key areas in your life where you need to set boundaries and how you'll implement them.

    • THEME: Understanding the Balance of Support and Self-Care
       

    • ACTIVITY: Support vs. Enablement Art Exercise – You will create a dual-piece art project showing the difference between enabling a loved one and offering meaningful support.
       

    • COACHING COMPONENTFinding the Balance– Coaching on how to support a loved one struggling with addiction without losing yourself in the process.
       

    • WORKSHEETSupport Checklist – A worksheet helping you identify when your actions lean toward enabling and how to shift toward true support.

    • THEME: Reclaiming Your Identity and Power
       

    • ACTIVITY: Empowerment Collage – Create a bold, empowering collage that visually represents your strength, resilience, and future aspirations.
       

    • COACHING COMPONENTOwning Your Narrative – Coaching on how to shift from feeling powerless to reclaiming ownership of one’s life.
       

    • WORKSHEETAffirmation Cards – You will create personal affirmation cards to serve as daily reminders of your strength and growth.

    • THEME: Supporting Your Kids in Processing Their Emotions
       

    • ACTIVITY: Children’s Art Workshop Overview – Moms will receive an introduction to the bonus children’s art workshop activities, such as “Color My Feelings” and “Mood Monsters,” designed to help children process their emotions through art.
       

    • COACHING COMPONENTParenting with Emotional Awareness – Coaching on how to be emotionally present for your children while navigating your own healing.
       

    • WORKSHEETEmotion Cards for Kids – A resource parents can use at home to help their children identify and talk about their feelings.

    • THEME: Grieving the Past & Embracing the Present
       

    • ACTIVITY: Grief Art Project – You will create an art piece that symbolizes the process of grieving who your loved one used to be before addiction and embracing your journey of recovery.
       

    • COACHING COMPONENTHealing Through Grief – Coaching on how to navigate the emotional landscape of grief without losing hope for the future.
       

    • WORKSHEETGrief Reflection – A reflective tool that guides you through processing grief while maintaining a hopeful outlook for the future.

    • THEME: Creating Your Vision for the Future
       

    • ACTIVITY: Draw Your Future – A final art piece that visualizes each participant’s next chapter, focusing on what they want their life to look like as they move forward with clarity, confidence, and strength.
       

    • COACHING COMPONENTHealing Through Grief – Coaching on how to navigate the emotional landscape of grief without losing hope for the future.
       

    • WORKSHEETFuture Self-Visualization – Coaching on how to stay grounded in the present while setting future goals for personal growth and emotional well-being.
